Glasses produced by Krosno Glassworks in 1970/80. In the People's Republic of Poland, glass called 'platinum' was a very luxurious and desirable commodity. So much so that in the late 1980s there were numerous thefts of 'platinum' straight from the warehouses of the glassworks.
The set consists of six letters. Glasses coated with platinum compounds in a shaded manner from top to bottom - this gives a mirror effect with transparency. Thin-walled glasses with a thick bottom.
Preserved in very good condition with slight traces of time in the form of local, lighter spots on the platinum coating. Glass preserved in its entirety, without defects or cracks.
