A modernist form made of thick, transparent pressed glass, produced in 1969 in Huta Rudolfova (part of Sklo Union). The author of the project is Jiri Zejmon – an icon and promoter of Czechoslovak pressed glass.
Massive glass with a geometric form decorated with a pattern with an embossed texture. The ashtray is part of the 'Brickwork' series, which has often appeared in collector's publications and exhibitions. A real rarity!
The item is very solid and massive. Preserved in original, very good condition with slight traces of time. Clear glass, no cracks. A slight defect on the edge on the inside and minimal on the edge of the base. Typical hair production imperfections.
