Cups probably made in 1950/60 in Germany, marked "Bavaria".
They are made of high quality delicate white porcelain. Decorated with a geometric pattern in pastel colors in the New Look style. In addition, the porcelain is decorated with subtle gilding. Large-capacity cups (approx. 150 ml) are designed for tea, but they are also suitable for serving coffee.
The set consists of 5 cups and 6 saucers. They are preserved in very good condition with slight traces of time. Porcelain preserved in its entirety except for one cup, which has minimal chipping on the edge. Local minimal rubbing of gilding and pattern. All elements of the set are signed.
We also have a set of 5 dessert/breakfast plates in the same pattern (available in a separate announcement).
